				Each and every week, Adolf and Elke Solte create some of the most delicious and inspired sliced meats, sausages, schnitzels and delicacies imaginable. They load up their van early on Saturday morning and head off to the Boyce farmer’s market in Fredericton.
				They cater to a very large and loyal following of customers who eagerly await their arrival. Elke tends to the sliced meats inside the market while Adolf is outside barbequing buffalo burgers, sausages and schnitzels. Be prepared to join a queue in order to savour their products...they’re that good! To those folks who live in the greater Cambridge-Narrows area and don’t feel like driving to Fredericton for a buffalo burger or to buy some maple jerky, there is good news. You can purchase meats and sausages directly from the Soltes at their Lower Cambridge establishment. It’s a pleasant drive to their business and you are always warmly received. The Soltes make over 40 meat products and they are all quite wonderful.
